Flinders Cardiac Services have always been at the forefront of cardiac innovation and research founded on our international reputation in Clinical Trials Research.
Heart Failure Fellowship Aims
The Flinders echo fellowship is an opportunity for cardiology trainees to develop their skills in all aspects of Heart Failure.
The successful applicant will be involved in the routine care of heart failure inpatients as well as participate in dedicated outpatient clinics for heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, heart transplant waiting list / mechanical assist device and post-transplant patients. Lastly, there is an interventional aspect to the training with the Heart failure fellow performing right heart catheterisation and endomyocardial biopsy in a weekly laboratory session.
